Step back in time and discover the flavours of medieval Karnataka with food historian Aparna Bhat of The Traveling Thali.
This immersive afternoon features a specially curated five-course vegetarian and Jain-friendly meal, inspired by recipes from the 12th, 14th and 16th centuries. Each course arrives with the stories behind it — Karnataka's culinary heritage, its traditions, and the way food shaped everyday life. The menu is completely Jain-friendly, because so much of this cuisine comes from the Jain kingdoms of the region.
Whether you're a food lover, a history enthusiast or a curious traveller, this is an afternoon of meaningful conversation, culture and remarkable food.
