The curator

I have eaten my way through 54 countries, so you never have to settle in one.

I started this as a travel blog in 2020, after one too many trips spent hungry. Now I walk every route and taste every kitchen before you arrive. The hardest part of your day is choosing dessert.

My story

54 countries. All 7 continents. Always vegetarian.

Every itinerary starts from somewhere I have actually eaten, never a listicle.

  • 54 countries, all 7 continents
  • Founded as a travel blog, 2020
  • Lived in Spain for 1.5 years
  • Lived in Canada for 1 year
  • Volunteer, Rio 2016 Olympics
  • Psychology graduate, digital marketing background

I have travelled 54 countries across all seven continents as a vegetarian, and lived it properly: a year and a half in Spain, a year in Canada, and a stint volunteering at the Rio 2016 Olympics in Brazil.

Everywhere I went, the same thing was true: the world's best food scenes are open to vegetarians, if someone has done the work of finding the way in. That work became The Veggie Travels, started as a travel blog in 2020 and grown since into a premium vegetarian travel company.

Today it is a global community of 3,000+ vegetarian travellers, premium group trips and retreats through the year, a food tour in my home city of Mumbai, and individually crafted holidays built vegetarian-first from the first call.

The journey

How we got here.

2016

Rio, as a volunteer

Volunteering at the Rio Olympics in Brazil, one stop in a life spent travelling vegetarian.

Spain

A year and a half in Spain

Living, eating and learning the country that became the specialty: the reason our flagship trip goes beyond the classics.

2020

A blog called The Veggie Travels

Started to help vegetarian travellers explore the world with confidence, and grown since into a premium vegetarian travel company.

Today

A community of thousands

3,000+ members across our WhatsApp communities, 60,000+ following on Instagram, and trips, retreats and experiences through the year.

What I stand for

Three pillars.

01

Vegetarian-first

Not a filter applied at the end. Every trip, table and stay starts from how you eat.

02

Lived, not listed

Recommendations come from places actually eaten at, across 54 countries.

03

Community at the core

Thousands of vegetarian travellers, monthly events and group trips that feel like friends by day two.

Let's plan something extraordinary.
