No-bake Biscuit Cheesecake Makes 1 small cheesecake

2. Blitz them all to form a fine powder
3. Transfer these to a bowl and add 2 tbsp of melted butter to it and mix well
4. In a small tin, line butter paper or foil and add this biscuit crumb mixture as a base layer
5. Lightly dab it with a spoon or spatula so it gets well flattened. Refrigerate this for 15 minutes
6. Meanwhile, in a bowl, whisk 1 tbsp of butter using a hand beater or an electrical beater
7. Add cream cheese, vanilla essence, and powdered sugar and whisk more till the cream turns sweet and smooth
8. Add 1 crushed biscuit. Use a spatula to mix it well
9. Take out the biscuit crumb layer from the fridge and add this cream cheese mixture on top
10. Flatten it out well and sprinkle 1 more crushed biscuit on top and refrigerate it for 5-6 hours or overnight
11. Take it out and cut into cubes and serve cold or at room temperature
