Maggi Pakoras Makes 5 to 7 pakoras

Ingredients

1 slab of Maggi Noodles, cooked
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp coriander powder
½ tsp red chili powder
¼ tsp salt
3 tbsp oil

Method

1. Before you start, make sure to cook the noodles in a way that all the water is soaked in and they are completely dry. Also, make sure that the noodles cool down before you start making the pakoras

2. Transfer the noodles into a bowl

3. Add chopped onions, coriander powder and red chilli powder along with salt. At this point, it is assumed that you have already added the Maggi masala that came in the packet while cooking the Maggi noodles

4. With your hands, mix this mixture well. Since the noodles are dry, you can mash them a bit while mixing and eventually make round balls out of it. You can make 5-7 balls based on the size you prefer

5. With your palms, flatten these balls a bit

6. In a pan, heat some oil. Once the oil is hot enough, add these flattened balls and pan fry them on a medium flame

7. Flip to the other side once the bottom turns brown. After both sides are brown, take it off the flame. Do this for all the flattened balls of the Maggi noodle mixture

8. Transfer these to a plate and serve with ketchup and/or mayonnaise/garlic mayo

Serve hot. Have fun!

Tips

You can choose to deep fry these pakoras if you'd like. Olive oil is a healthier option.
